Find your rhythm

Start with the date you were born. We’ll estimate the Sun–Moon angle and find its next six returns.

Enter the birth location’s UTC offset on that date, including daylight saving: for example, −8 or −7 for Pacific time, or 5.5 for India. The default 0 means UTC. Missing birth time uses noon; an unknown time or offset can noticeably shift results.

Your birth details stay in this browser. Nothing is submitted or saved.

Protocol & nurturance

Practical meal ideas for each day. These are planning suggestions, not a prescribed three-day fast.

01

DAY 1 · PREP

Nourish before you pause

Eat regular, balanced meals rather than deliberately under-eating or having a “last feast.” Include protein, vegetables or fruit, and a satisfying carbohydrate. Drink water normally.

  • Breakfast: oatmeal with plain yogurt or fortified soy yogurt, berries, and walnuts.
  • Lunch: lentil soup with whole-grain toast and a side salad.
  • Dinner: salmon, chicken, or tofu with brown rice and roasted vegetables.

Keep alcohol out of the plan. Prepare tomorrow’s food in advance if you are following a modified fast.

02

DAY 2 · PEAK

Choose the approach that fits

The peak is an astronomical estimate, not a command to stop eating. If you fast, use a plan appropriate to your health; eating normally and using the day for reflection is also an option.

  • Zero-calorie fasting: food, juice, milk, and broth break the fast. Water is the simplest drink; do not dry fast.
  • Modified fasting that permits food: try vegetable-and-lentil soup, plain yogurt with berries, or a small tofu-and-vegetable bowl. These provide calories and are not a zero-calorie fast.
  • Regular meals: eggs or tofu on toast, a chickpea salad, and a vegetable-and-protein dinner work well for a reflection day without food restriction.

“Compliant” depends on your chosen protocol. This app does not prescribe a calorie target, fasting duration, or medication changes.

03

DAY 3 · TRANSITION / REFEED

Return to balanced meals

After a short fast, start with a comfortable portion and eat slowly. Resume balanced meals as tolerated; there is no need to compensate by overeating.

  • First meal: oatmeal with yogurt, or scrambled eggs or tofu with toast.
  • Lunch: rice with cooked vegetables and beans, fish, or chicken.
  • Dinner: lentil stew or baked tofu with potatoes and greens.

This is not a refeeding protocol for prolonged fasting or malnutrition; those situations need medical guidance.

How the dates work

The phase angle is the directed geocentric ecliptic longitude difference (Moon minus Sun), normalized to 0–360°. The app uses simplified orbital elements and lunar perturbations, scans the next 180 days in six-hour steps, and refines each crossing numerically. This is not an exact ephemeris.

Prep is the calendar day before the peak, and Transition is the day after it, using your device’s timezone. If a peak is today, its Prep day may already have passed. Three calendar days do not necessarily equal 72 hours across daylight saving changes. Birth dates from 1900 through today are supported; the calculation range ends in 2100.
